Vintage 70s dress with lovely flowers across the shoulders. Light green with pink red flowers print on lightweight polyester fabric. Dress top is lined with sheer nylon. Skirt fabric is pleatd across. Hemline is cut and unfinished/not sewn. Super cute with sandals or boots!
